Glenda Nolan, our dear friend and colleague, passed away on Wednesday 6 September after a brave battle with illness.
Glenda’s funeral was a private affair held at St Andrew’s Church followed by an intimate afternoon tea hosted by the College.
Glenda worked at the College as one of our College crossing supervisors. As such, she connected on a personal level with many of our students on a daily basis. While she has not been with us for some time we miss her smile and warm welcome.
Glenda was much loved mother of our friend and colleague Leslie Nolan. We hold Leslie, and his whole family in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. We pray with confidence that our good and loving God will bring peace and comfort to the sad and grief stricken hearts of those who knew and loved Glenda.
Having now departed this life for another journey, we pray that those who are left behind to grieve her loss, will be comforted by the love and warmth of those who care.
St Joseph, guide us.
St Mary of the Cross MacKillop, pray for us.
Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her.

May she rest in peace and rise in glory!
May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
