‘Smiling Mind’ – a Wellbeing Update
In response to everything going on at the moment, Smiling Mind have created an initiative called Thrive Inside.
Thrive Inside is a reminder to us all about how you and your family can remain calm and healthy while inside your homes. If you haven’t tried the Smiling Mind app, perhaps now is the time to give it a go! Mindfulness during this time can greatly impact our mental health by reducing distress surrounding the unknown and uncontrollable.
While you’re at it, have a look at the Smiling Mind’s Instagram page for more information and ideas for what you and your family can do while we’re physical distancing. Remember, we’re physical distancing, not social distancing. Stay connected!
